Construction has started on four of the homes on the property.
There are two single story homes and two 2-story homes currently underway.
The home on the far left has a detached garage behind it with a studio rental unit above it.

“Serra Meadows (Prado Road, Margarita Area Tracts)
MD2 Communities is developing two Tracts (Tract 2342 and 2353) in the western part of the Margarita Area. The two subdivisions were approved for approximately 170 dwelling units and business park/office development along the Prado Rd. frontage.
Project Status: The Planning Commission approved modifications to some conditions of approval on September 28, 2011. Final house design approval was granted by the ARC on November 7, 2011. Grading permits have been issued and permits for model homes are currently being reviewed for building permits.
